The case made of ballistic nylon was designed to safely store smoke grenades in the helicopter cabin. It attaches with two quick-release carabiners at the top and the bottom part is secured with two adjustable straps with snap hooks.
All attachment systems are made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance.
On the front panel, there are three pockets at the top for position lights and SEA DYE MARKER type signal devices and three pockets at the bottom for smoke grenades,
On the rear panel there are three more pockets for position smoke grenades.
