NVIS Finger Light, white or green color, is a flashlight used by pilots engaged in tactical or SaR operations.
The light has a 565nm LED specifically made to fit the laser-cut NVIS filter material.
The size of the LED amplifies the light inside the flashlight with less side visibility, reduces glare inside the cockpit, and increases the concentration of the light.
Developed for use on the F-22, today it is used by civilian and military pilots on various types of rotary-wing aircraft.
It attaches to the flight glove with Velcro One-Wrap™ and features an automatic shut-off system lasting 10 minutes; just touch the button and the light will shine wherever the pilot points.
Perfect for illuminating flight maps and control panels, tuning the onboard radio, searching for circuit breakers, and emergency signaling.
