With a minimum of 7 candles per flash in all directions of the upper hemisphere (more than double the required brightness), the device floats in a vertical position even in extreme conditions and activates when thrown overboard. Built with a high-strength ASA polycarbonate housing, with a compact design that allows for easy stowage and quick operational use.
Wide-angle LED emitters produce high brightness visible at 360° for over 3 miles (4.8 km) in all directions.
Approved by the US Coast Guard, but also by EC/US MRA for worldwide use, it comes complete with a lanyard and corrosion-resistant clip that meets all USCG requirements even for commercial vessels.
